“Can I use foil or parchment paper to put inside the basket onto tray in order to put meat or fish on paper ?”

• Yes....but to get even cooking the foil or parchment has to have fairly good size holes in it to allow air to circulate. I use parchment liners all the time because they fit the the inside of the container.

• I have used the parchment one without a problem, I have not tried the aluminum foil yet but I don't think there will be a problem.
