I thought mine wasn’t going to fit either, maybe lay the grill down on a flat surface, i finally got it after a few minutes! Now it fits with ease and I’ve used it 3 times already!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Power Cord has to be lined up perfectly before it will slide in. I turn the grill sideways to line it up as it can be tricky but eventually it always works!

If this is the case, there might be something wrong because it should be engaged to the grill with no issues. We recommend you exchange the unit from Best Buy.
