I personally wouldn't. But, if you choose to, be sure to keep it upright for at least 24 hours prior to plugging it in. This way the refrigerant oil can settle back to where it should be, in the compressor.

Yes, but needs to sit upright for a few hours before you use it to allow the oil to filter back.

They told us to transport it upright if we wanted to use it right away. If we laid it down we were told to set it upright for at least 24 hours.

This fridge is only for upright positioning.
