I received my gift card within a week of picking up my order.

I would contact them as it only took a day after I received the item to get it.

You should have received it in your account with your item purchased. Reach out to BestBuy by logging into your account, click on Order Status, review Purchases, and scroll down to "Visit support center" if you don't see it.
