• I have been unsuccessful, even when I called customer service they have not been able to provide activity.

• Funny that bestbuy cannot track what transaction made on their gift card and blame you for using it when its fraud. Report to FTC

• I also feel the same way. My gift card balance is decreased from $375 to $150. I didn't use it. I just recently and found out. I can't be able to get history of usage.
