Do I get the E Card upon purchase or delivery? null

You will receive the E-card once you have verified your email and they (Best Buy) have processed the order that gives you the e-card and shipped the product for your choice of delivery (pickup at the chosen Best Buy store or delivered to a physical address where you received packages)

I don’t know about delivery but probably so. Upon purchase yes.

Received within a day or so after delivery.
