I have been unsuccessful, even when I called customer service they have not been able to provide activity.

Funny that bestbuy cannot track what transaction made on their gift card and blame you for using it when its fraud.  Report to FTC

I also feel the same way. My gift card balance is decreased from $375 to $150. I didn't use it. I just recently and found out. I can't be able to get history of usage.

I also have lost a lot, I had a 300 and 500$ gift card and I have the original receipt and I still can not see the purchases. Makes no sense, I think I was scammed but I do not know for sure, just makes me mad I can not see transactions for something this large.

my gift card should have 209.07 back on 6/5/2025 but now when i check my balance show 0 when i didnt purchase anything since April 2025
