"A Type-C cable can technically provide a 4K video feed and power to a monitor. To really get to HDMI or DisplayPort bitrates, you're going to want either a Type-C cable made specifically to those standards (HDMI, DisplayPort) or at least a Thunderbolt 3 or USB 4 cable made for the highest supported data protocols."
