Due to the limitations of 2D photography, only half of the female ports are able to be shown at one time.

They (the men that could possibly be lying about 4 ports and only showing 2) may be able to use a mirror to reflect the far side of the USB hub for those untrusting indaviduals that can not use spacial reasoning to fathom the probability of two concurrent ports on the side opposite the visible ports.
