• Make sure the antenna wire is extended, and the radio is not plugged into an extension that has another device plugged into it. (Mine gave me problems because my CPAP machine was plugged into the same cord). You may have to switch back and forth from am to fm a few times also.

• It is one of my concerns also. I cannot get AM or FM radio on my unit. I bought it mainly for the size of the time so I can see it . Good luck trying to get it to work.
