Are Win or Mac based. Always state this. Imo, I see peeps having difficulty with Macs. Idk abt them. Check in store ;)

You may need to find the correct driver or reinstall the current driver. The volume keys on F11/F12 work by pressing and holding the "Fn" key and pressing either F11/F12.
