“I have plugged in the keyboard and it will not turn on. How do I turn it on. I tried changing USB ports and that didn’t work but finally the light came on indicating number lock. Is that causing it to not come on”

• Num lock initiates number pad use so that you can use the number pad instead o the directional functionality programmed on the number pad of the keyboard. If they letter keypads are not working then it may be your connections. Sometimes using a usb hub will cause a delay in response. If the hub is a cheap hub then the port may be bad as they go out quickly on cheap usb port hubs.
