• If it's paired, then you're only halfway there. You need to connect to it so it's active. Pairing means the computer can see it and use it. In control panel, click on the mouse to get a button to click, to CONNECT. PAIRED is only half the battle.

• It paired with my dell laptop easily. Maybe you should take it back to Best Buy to see if they can make it work.
