Blue light on top keeps blinking on and off. Replaced batteries, still blinking. Using with Chrome book ,says it is connected but not working. Any ideas? null

I know with the instructions for my Kindle 10 (2019 edition) that I had to connect the mouse through the settings on the Kindle in order for the mouse to work with the blue tooth. I'm sorry this is the only blue tooth item I own.

Did not face any such. may be go to your bluetooth connected device in your chromebook setiing, unpair it and re-pair.
