• This is not the same as the Insignia version. Sorry, but I don't know the replacement, but I did find it's still available to purchase through Best Buy when I searched by the model number you provided.

• No idea. It replaces the original Samsung filter at about half the price as Samsung. Hopefully it's as good as the Samsung. I can't see, smell, or taste any difference from the original Samsung product.
