MAC address dont change as that's imprinted to the device itself. Also DHCP servers don't assign static IP addresses as the D stands for Dynamic which is the opposite of static. Static IPs get set up on the device and not by a server.

Your IP address may change depending on how often your internet provider renews the “IP lease”. You can assign static IP addresses in your own network using the browser app. If you need a static IP you will need to contact your internet provider.
