“Hi, I am planning to buy 3 appliances with extended warranty for 5 years. The totaltech yearly subscription covers 2 years of product protection under warranty. So can I stop my 2nd year payment and re-subscribe in 3rd year? To avail the continued benefit”

Unfortunately not. Though Total Tech membership provides the service plan option for two years when you purchase the appliance, the service plan can only be added at the time of purchase. You will not be able to add another plan to the same device later.
