Hi, Yes, Total Tech covers diagnostics for all devices, including computers, tablets, smartphones, TVs, and appliances. You can bring your device to a Best Buy store for a free diagnostic, or you can schedule a remote diagnostic appointment. If the technician is able to diagnose the problem remotely, they will attempt to fix it remotely. If the problem cannot be fixed remotely, the technician will schedule an in-store appointment for you. Total Tech also covers the cost of labor for most repairs, so you only have to pay for the parts. You also get a 20% discount on labor for advanced services and a 10% discount on labor for custom installations. Please note that Total Tech does not cover the cost of parts or shipping.
