Please try again later.It would help the process if you turn off the water and save you from having water spill on the ground etc. Make sure you turn off all water prior to disconnecting anything. They will remove and install if you ordered installation. If you can remove your old one safely it would speed the process.

If you ordered it with delivery and haul off, and are installing it yourself, you will have to disconnect and remove it from the cavity yourself, so they can hand truck it out and hand truck your new one in. 2. If you ordered it with installation, the installer will disconnect it, then install the new one. If you also order haul off, they will hand truck the old one out.
