The Geek Squad staff has always been very responsible and competent. They will surely uninstall the old one and install the new one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I highly doubt it. I had the same situation and the installers from XPO showed up and said they couldn't "modify" any cabinetry. I was able to do it myself but really regretted paying for installation.

Finally I had to pay privately for someone to come out and remove the old dishwasher before they installed the new one. I was told “ liability and rules “ disallow them from touching anything that could possibly break.
