• They left a mess, totally unprofessional. I'm 70 years old and had to fix the leaks they left behind, I mean loose hose clamps, give me a break! totally unhappy. Requested a refund! will update soon!

• The installers in Miland, TX were. They don't have a Geek Squad here so it was 3rd party installers that Best Buy sent. They did a great job.
