“I currently have total tech but did not when I purchased a tv from Best Buy in 2020. I now need that tv mounted, is the mounting covered with total tech since it was a Best Buy purchase or do I have to pay full cost for mounting?”

I believe that you have to pay it since you didn't get TV when you had the membership. And you can actually go to your purchases in your best buy purchase and tells you if it does (I think?!).
