“My family & I have 4 TVs at home I want to purchase a 5th TV at best buy for my room and install it on the wall, if I purchase the total tech membership with the TV & a mount, will they install the TV I purchased plus other 4 TVs I’ll buy mounts @ bestbuy”

You do not need the membership. It is approximately $150 dollars for an installation and mount and the membership is $200. Best Buy states that the membership comes with better service and support but my experience has been the complete opposite. Just select the normal mount and install when you purchase the TV and save yourself some money.
