“Does the Total Tech $199.99 contract cover any and all appliances that were NOT purchased at Best Buy. If so, what charges are entailed? Just what appliances are covered besides computers which we had on the old contract.”

I was told at the local Best Buy that the items had to be purchased from them to be installed for free using Totaltech - sorry.
