• A:Answer No. Once the battery is depleted, the regenerative braking/anti-theft feature enables and is extremely resistant to pushing; to the point where the rear wheel will elevate off the ground when forced forward if you're not standing on it. Scooter weight is 38 lbs to carry.

Q: QuestionHi, from using a personal rental BirdOne, I know that the tread on the tires will definitely be worn smooth after 800 miles or so. What support or replacement parts does Bird provide to owners to replace the wheels in six months or so?

• A:Answer Hello and Thank you for your question, depending on the version of Bird One you have the charging port will either be located on the left side of the board near the front wheel. The other area would be about a 1/4 of the way up on the neck of the handle bar.

Q: QuestionDoes the scooter work with the bird app to track the scooter in map, and all the other options that the rental scooters have without any of the limitations of automatic slowing in areas where your not supposed to ride?

• A:Answer No it is so frustrated it does not work it is hard and complicated to used the app. You can see the scooter in the app when it is on. There is a option but I don t understand if the scooter is yours then it still track your ride and estimate how much u have to pay but at the end it tell mi $0,00. And for the they rode distance I will let you know today I am going to the city to try it to work
