Hi Puzzled, Once your account is set up, you can easily check (and modify) your subscription status by going to your "Bitdefender Central" account and logging in. Once logged in >click on "My subscriptions" in the left column >click on "My payments">click on "MORE DETAILS" If your automatic renewal is not enabled, click on "ENABLE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" or "STOP AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL" (if renewal is enabled) Please let us know if you have any other questions. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I didn’t see anything on bestbuy account/subscriptions about auto renewal. You would probably have to set that up when you create account with Bitdefender. I know that some subscriptions purchased thru Bestbuy auto renew or allow you to set that up directly on BB website with your choice on billing (e.g. with BB credit card). Good luck!
