I deactivated the automatic renewal since I was able to purchase the 2 yr subscription at a lower price. You can log onto Bitdefender.com to do this. If you have a 2 yr subscription, it is locked at your purchase price.

Once your account is set up, you can check your subscription status by going to "Bitdefender Central" and logging in. Once logged in >click on "My subscriptions" in the left column >click on "My payments">click on "MORE DETAILS" If your automatic renewal is not enabled, click on "ENABLE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" or "STOP AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL" (if renewal is enabled) Please let us know if you have any other questions.
