I purchased my subscription 1 month prior to the end of my current subscription. The download stayed in my Best Buy download library until today when my prior subscription expired. I just went to the library and downloaded it. It automatically connected to my Bitdefender account and updated my account.

Please try again later.You can or just enter the code at bit defender central connected to your account and find add code, it will extend you current subscription another 2 years from may or whenever you time is up just adds 2yrs to it and not just from todays date. That's what I did for mine up in may and now it is out to may 2023.

I just renewed my Bitdefender and downloaded and installed on my devices the day my original subscription expired. Went smoothly and quickly.
