• I've found it to work well for vocals with a little bit of adjusting the directional pickup options and gain level. I'd HIGHLY SUGGEST a decent pop filter though especially if you're in an environment with some ambient background noise.

• Hello, this is an excellent microphone to capture signing. We recommend using the Cardioid pickup pattern.
