• Nope! Just the color. Everything internally is the same great build from Blue on both microphones.

• If you consider the color to be significant, then yes. The anniversary edition is a lighter blue and it is the only way to get that color. The actual internals are identical.

• The anniversary edition is the only way that you can get the nice color. Other than that that and the designation as an anniversary edition, there is no difference.
