• Yes, the Yeti will connect to any DSLR or Mirrorless camera but it does have to be plugged into a computer in order to be powered.

• This is a USB mic. I believe the Sony e6100 uses a headphone jack for mic input. That said, there may be a way to amp this mic. The other option is to record using some kind of studio software where you’re mixing input from the camera and mic separately?
