• The Blue Yeti has 4 different pickup patterns to choose from - stereo, bidirectional, omnidirectional, and cartoid. Simply turn the knob on the microphone to the desired setting to choose the one most appropriate for what you need. The Blue Yeti does not have an XLR port and uses USB to connect.
