“I would like to use a Yeti microphone with my 2020 Macbook Air, latest Big Sur OS. Mainly it will be for Zoom / Adobe Connect interactive webinars. Can I still use bluetooth earbuds for output and only set the Yeti as the input device in System Prefs?”

Yes 100%. thats how the mic is intended to be used.

Hello Jester888, Thank you for your interest in the Blue Yeti Professional Multi-Pattern USB Condenser Microphone. The Yeti microphone features a 3.5mm headphone jack for no latency monitoring. You can output the audio through the headphone jack, or through a different output such as your Bluetooth earbuds. The fastest response will be through the no latency headphone output.
