What are you using your computer for gaming? Business meetings over zoom? It all depends if you are using it for gaming you can just buy a headset with a microphone all in one. If you are solely just recording voice memos you can get this microphone it will definitely work with your computer.

You will be able to use it with any computer speakers, and some probably came with your computer, but if you want better quality, you can go with a set like the Logitech Z200 or Z323. If you went with a headset, the Logitech headsets (like the H390) come with a microphone built-in.
