I had this problem too, and to fix it I had to get a new cord for the mic. It is a USB mini 4 pin I believe.

Here are some things you can try to alleviate the issue. lowering and increasing the volume of the mic in dxtory switching usb ports from front panel to back panel moving the position of the mic closer and further away and off-centre lowering and raising the mic Uninstalling and reinstalling the driver Make sure your microphone is outputting to 44.1khz: go to Sound > Recording Devices > Blue Snowball > Right-Click > Properties > Advanced tab > make sure the microphone is outputting to 2 channel, 44.1khz, 16-bit stereo.
