Yes. I use this with my laptop speakers without issues while on conference calls all day.

Yes, although you would need to adjust the volume levels and gain to achieve the proper balance. And you can put the mic into Cardioid audio pickup mode, to listen in the correct direction which will help reduce unwanted interference. - Will, Blue.
