I currently own two and use only a MacBook Pro. Works fine for my recording needs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.For plug-and-play yes, this would fit your use case, but I would not at all recommend this microphone for an audio channel mixer situation/scenario. The cartioid microphone component itself is not going to be very clear compared to a more comprable samson or a rode. If however, you really want this kit for the arm and the compass, which I would definitely say is still a solid deal, then try partnering the stock yeti the arm comes with, with your Macbook Pro use cases, and a Samson or Rode microphone run through the arm stand for your audio mixer use cases.
