• I hope this helps. Yes this is a talking BT and it does take voice commands as well. You can pair it with 2 devices at once which is really nice. It has outstanding range. It is a bit larger than some of the other units on the market, but I do think the quality and other positives outweigh that. It also comes with a number of options for wear/mounting. I would recommend if you are looking for something comfortable enough to wear all day with great capability. The other nice thing is the volume beats all other BT units I have tried, so listening to music or audiobooks in a loud vehicle is no challenge.
