I would say use rinse aid - otherwise you will be hand drying everything!

Rinse Aid helps your detergent in many ways since detergents are now gentler and adhere to stricter efficiency standards. Rinse Aid helps water to slide off the dishes and helps them to dry faster, helps food to not stick to your dishes. It also keeps glasses from spotting and clouding. If you use the longest, hottest cycle, no Rinse Aid will remain on your dishes.
