Hi bducky, thanks for your question and interest in model #SHE3AEM2N. The overall appliance depth is 22 9/16" and the required cutout depth is 24". The drain hose and water inlet hose are both connected to the dishwasher via the outlets on the lower left at the back of the appliance.
