A:AnswerThe Bosch has two different buttons - On/Off and Start, unlike my older GE which doesn’t have a separate On/Off button. Mine doesn’t have a separate info light.
When you say info light, I assume the light on top of one of the cycles, the default is Auto cycle, is blinking. It should also show you the time for that cycle blinking.
You would have to select the cycle and press start to use.
If this doesn’t help, you may be better off taking a video and posting, maybe that would help get you the answer you need.

A:AnswerE-22 means there is water in the sump because the filter is blocked or needs to be cleaned. We've found that hard foods like nuts can be a problem because they don't dissolve and the dishwasher doesn't have a grinder. Also check that the pump is not clogged with something like a nut or seed. You access it under the filter.
E-24 means that the drain system is broken or blocked. Check that your drain hose is not kinked and the piping it is attached to is not clogged.
Both these are an issue of not being able to pump out the dishwasher. If clearing the drain and checking the hose don't work, you may have a bad sensor and may need a pro to figure it out.
A:AnswerHi Duke, thank you for your question regarding Model:SHEM63W56N. Here is the link to the Use and Care Guide for increasing the amount of rinse aide in your Dishwasher, please see page 14: https://media3.bosch-home.com/Documents/9001411739_D.pdf. Drying results can be affected by many factors including water hardness, the amount of plastic items in the load, the amount of edges, depressions, or lips on the dishware, use or non-use of suggested rinse aid, pre-rinsing of dishes, cycle selection, loading, etc. Following are suggestions for improving drying in dishwashers. 1.For all dishwashers, to achieve best drying results, always use a liquid rinse aid, even if your detergent contains a rinse aid or drying additive. Use of rinse aid causes sheeting action on dishware and top & sides of tub. 2. For best dishwashing results, observe the following when loading the dishwasher: ■ Do not pre-wash items with loosely attached food soil. Simply scrap off larger food items into trash and place soiled dishware into racks. See Use & Care Guide for loading suggestions. 3. With any dishwasher, when unloading the dishwasher, to prevent water from dripping onto dry dishes, unload the lower rack first. 4. Consider using Sanitize * option - Increases the temperatures and retains them for an extra long time to obtain a defined disinfecting performance. Continuous use of this function increases the hygiene status. This additional option is ideal for cleaning items such as chopping boards and baby bottles. Using the Sanitize option may also improve drying. 5. Consider using Extra Dry * option - An increased temperature during the final rinse and an extended drying phase ensure that plastic parts dry better. 6.Consider adjusting Intensive drying function - The final rinse uses a higher temperature which improves the drying result. This feature has two settings: d:00 OFF d:01 ON 1. Press the On/Off button 2. Hold down function key and press Start button until the display indicates H::x (x can be any number). 3. Release both buttons. 4. Press function key # until the display indicates the factory set value d:00. 5. Press function key to switch the intensive drying feature ON d:01 or OFF d:00. 6. Press Start button to save setting.
