The door is heavy to open and closes very quickly. I hold the door open (45 degrees or so) w/ one hand while I program it to start. I'd like to crack it open a little and have it stay but it always closes itself up. Suggestions or is this normal? null

I just pull out the middle bin so it would stay open just enough to air dry.
