I can't solve your problem, but notice the same thing on Quickwash cycle with Cascade detergent. Full length wash seems a little better. I just grin and bear it, and don't seem to be getting acutely ill from the soap film, though I worry about the chemicals I might being ingesting on a daily basis in small quantities cumulatively doing harm, and if I had children or were younger I would worry more about this.
