“How can we load the glasses in this dishwasher without having them fall over when we move the rack? We have spent hours kneeling in front of our brand new machine trying to figure this out. As others have noticed, it stinks!”

I set them on top of the vertical posts on the top tray and let them lean to one side. That way they drain and don't retain a "puddle" of water on the bottom. Come out clean and spotless. I recommend using the rinse additive, as the plumber who installed ours said it made a world of difference when he started using it, so we do, and it does.
