Q: QuestionHas the problem with the electrical plug been resolved with this model? I had read that several house fires were attributed to thus model & it had been taken off the market.

Q: QuestionIs SHP65CM5N the same as SHPM65Z55N? The previous model SHPM65Z55N had too many "lemons". I would like to know if previous complaints have been rectified.

Q: QuestionI hate the idea of having yet another app on my phone to start something on home WiFi. Can any of the Bosch dishwashers, including this model, the used with manual settings without having to load an app onto my devices?

- A:Answer Some of the features are locked behind an app. There is also a requirement for a cloud account. This means there is a possibility that there will be a monthly fee to use these features or the server will be shut down, disabling them. This also means that you have to trust Bosch to have created a secure device, as insecure IOT devices are often used to gain access to people's home network.
