The installer probably removed the wheels to get it to fit in opening, the spec sheet does not include the rollers in the measurements.

This unit has leveling legs in the front that when lowered, it raises the wheels up off of the floor in the front. Therefore, an installer or technician would need to raise the leveling legs in order to lower the wheels to move the appliance out.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Dee, There are screw down leveling pads near the front right below the freezer part of the fridge. Turn them back towards you to raise them and once those are off the ground you will be able to roll the fridge away from the wall. Then place back and lower again so the fridge doesn’t slide or move around when opening and closing the doors.
