“I can hear a rattling sound coming from under the freezer. Every 10 minutes or so it gets so loud I can hear it from about 30 feet away. The Bosch technician that came to inspect it said this is normal! Is that really normal for a Bosch fridge?”

The only noise I ever hear from my Bosch is the ice maker, and that is not very much. I love the refrigerator. What I hate are servicemen that can’t figure out what’s wrong, so they say “It’s supposed to do that!” or “That’s normal”. It isn’t!!
