Open the Home Connect app. Do the following steps in order:
Settings
Bosch 800 Dishwasher
View Appliance Settings
Scroll down to Network details
Switch off wifi

ALL SMART appliances tend to NOT have the ability to shut of its smart features (like WiFi etc) if you want a model that doesn’t suffer from what you consider a problem…you should buy a NON-SMART appliance…because features like WiFi etc are needed by the appliance to remain updated, to allow it to properly function etc…stick with the basic models (non-smart models) and you’ll be fine…
