Great question! The main distinction comes down to premium finishes and functionality: the 300 Series HGF3050MUC prioritizes extra oven space (5.8 cu. ft.) and practical features like built-in Air Fry and a storage drawer, while the 800 Series HGI8056UC elevates the kitchen aesthetic with heavy-duty metal knobs, full touch control, and a warming drawer to keep dishes hot before serving. You can compare both models in more detail by reviewing the Product Specification Sheet for each model. Thank you for considering Bosch!

The 800 Series ($2,300–$4,000) is a premium step-up featuring heavier-duty metal knobs, True/Pro Convection, more specialized cooking modes, and a built-in warming drawer.

We purchased the Bosch 800 series because it is supposed to be a high quality stainless gas appliance, and it has not disappointed. We changed from an electric appliance with a glass type cooktop that was very difficult to keep clean. My wife loves to cook with this Bosch 800 Range. One of the main reasons for the purchase of this particular range is the overlapping cooktop that overlaps the countertop and covers the gaps. We previously used rubber molded gap fillers overlaying the gaps on either side of the old electric range. The new Bosch has edges that extend out and set down on your current counter if the width is proper.
