Yes, there is a panel lock button on the front. You have to hold it for three seconds to lock or unlock, so thats probably just what you are looking for. We love this stove. It is better than the convention unit we replaced it for.

Yes you can lock oven screen. You CANNOT lock stove top knobs.

You can lock the digital panel for the oven but not the burner knobs. Wish the knobs locked too!
